Secretary, to Delta State government, Patrick Ukah, has commended His Excellence Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, for his steadfastness and gallantry efforts in developing the state and salvaging it from political Hawks.
Ukah, a two time Commissioner and now Secretary to the state government gave Governor Okowa kudos for the massive infrastructure put in place .
Patrick Ukah popularly known as the Akatakpo Enyi of Okpanam described Governor Okowa as the best Governor of the year for his leadership and performance.
According to him, ‘It is now 30 years Delta State was created out of the defunct Bendel state on August 27th 1991. Today, this champion state is under our amiable and result oriented governor, His Excellence, Doctor Okowa Arthur Ifeanyi, whose performance could be seen by everyone.’
