Asika said that things are about to change as the newly acquired property will be wearing a new look as the contract to build the new Royal Spark Classic Hotel has been awarded and work will commence as soon as the imported gadgets and equipment arrive Nigeria.
He has spent the last few months travelling round the world for equipment for the hottest hotel that promises to be the hottest in Ogun State.
