By Prince Sunny Ebhojiaye.

Foremost Music Promoter, Alhaji Adetokunbo Jolaosho, is back to what he knows best, the world of entertainment, recording and music promotions. His recording company Jolaosho Record Company, was a force to reckon with in the 1980,s as the first indigenous records music company.

Alhaji Adetokunbo said realising that the industry is dying, he is out to revive it and change the face of entertainment through personal sacrifices. The veteran record label owner and music distributor during his prime helped many musicians to climb to the top.

Speaking to CITY EXPRESS NEWS at his Isolo road office, in Mushin, Lagos State, he revealed some great artistes whose works were released and promoted by his company, in late 70,s and 80,s, notably Chief General Kollington Ayinla, Sir Shina Peters, Afro Juju creator, Shina Akanni, Scopido Maestro, Late Orlando Owoh, King of highlife and host of other musicians.  He said he is out to promote talented musicians and help to discover upcoming musicians.

Alhaji Jolaosho a veteran in the music industry whose vision has remain, while his works speak volume. This could be easily testified by the production of Sir Shina Peters works that sold out then.

His promotion acumen then could only be likened to Ogo-Oluwakitan Records, owned by late Chief Joseph Olayiwola Afolabi.
