CSP Godwin Idehai, Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Sango Ota, Ogun State has been showered encomium from residents within the division. For the past three years that he assumed duty as the DPO Sango Ota police station, he has make sure that there is no exist rout for armed robbers that want to use his base to cross to Ifo, Agbara and Ijoko and to other parts of the country.
He has also been able to arrest many armed robbers and bring to captivity lots of them during exchange of fire for fire gun battle. Many achievements have been recorded under his command.
Among others, various brands of vehicles snatched from other divisions were tracked down, while assorted arms and ammunitions were recovered.

According to a resident of Kajola Complex, of 2, Lagos – Abeokuta expressway, Underbridge, Sango -Ota, Ogun State, a popular Pastor known as Servant Victor David of Christ Chosen Tabernacle Ministry and Chairman of RootBuoy Computer and Catering Center, “We are very happy this days, in fact we can go to sleep with our two eyes close without hearing bad news of robbery in Sango Ota any longer. Servant Victor noted that CSP Godwin Idehai is God sent to liberate the people from the hands of armed robbers and other related criminals in Ogun State. We can now come to office from the house with our cars without harassment from those notorious armed gang operating between Ogun and Lagos State, he said.”
Servant Victor described CSP Idehai as a combatant super cop, gallant and astute police officer on special mission by God. He gave kudos to DPO Idehai for his intensive surveillance and strategy, combine high-tech investigative offensive attack on criminals.
Pastor Victor urged every police officer to emulate the courage and intelligent gathering of information of the DPO and exhibits such to track down, bandits, kidnappers, armed robbery and unknown gunmen that are causing insecurity in the country.

He also called on Nigerians to pray for CSP Godwin Idehai, that God will continue to guide him and protect his family. He also charged his Fellow Pastors to uphold righteousness in all their activities and never relent in discharging their duties in ensuring there is peace and decorum in the country.
