Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, feminist, black nationalist, social activist, journalist, singer, actress model and Nollywood Queen of screen has been described as the mother of entertainment of Africa.
The diversity of her political affiliation clearly illustrated her multifaceted approach to the struggle for equal rights in the 2Oth century. Called Omo sexy by her fans, she has make 500 or more features, from 1995 mortal inheritance to the 2010 super production on location to Los Angeles.

Omotola got married to an airline pilot Captain Jolade Ekeinde on board a DASH 7 aircraft on 23rd of March 1996, and she is blessed with four children.

Omotola started her journalism career as International Correspondent with the Sun newspaper. She anchored the Saturday Sun Column, ‘Omotola’s diary’
In an exclusive interview with City EXPRESS NEWS in Lagos, she said that Nigeria men should invest in women as they are the best channel to lift the community and the country globally.
“Give women a chance they will build this country better than men, as they are better leaders, she said.” She said Nigeria’s politicians are selfish and greedy and that is the reason they refused women to showcase their talents and skills.
Omotola said that her lasting legacy is undoubtedly the position of Governor of her state to fulfilled her life dreams.
She blasted stubborn men who refused to allow women to have the same freedom and liberty. Women can do better than men she concluded.
