Super Eagles Chief coach, Austin Eguavon might not be having much struggle as the coach of super Eagles. Already this is his second coming to handle Super Eagles. He has led Eagles to two different cups. African Cup of Nations and World cup qualifier matches. He is no stranger to Super Eagles team.
Contrary to insinuation that the Super Eagles will be under pressure when they face Ghana Black Stars in world cup qualifier to Quatar 2022, Eguavon said the Super Eagles are not scared of Ghana.
Most of the Super Eagles players are doing fine with their clubs. Super Eagles sensational goal scorer, Victor Osimhen is now the toast of Napoli football club. He scored his tenth goal of the season in the Serie A. He was the player of the week in a match against Verona. Osimhen goal grabbed a brace in Napoli’s 2 – 1 win over 10 man Hellas Verona in the Italian Serie A.

Also Super Eagles striker, Taiwo Awoniyi was impressive with another goal for Union Berlin in a 1 -1 draw with VB Sttgart in a Bundesliga match. He scored the only goal of the match.
Another Super Eagles terrific scorer, Sadiq Umar was named the La Liga Smart bank player for the month of February. The young striker played a crucial role in helping Al-Meria unbeaten record during the period under review. Sadiq has been a nightmare for defenders in the Spanish Segunda division.

In a chat with City EXPRESS NEWS in Glass house, Nigeria Football Federation office in Abuja, Coach Austin Eguavon said that Ghana Black Stars are never a threat to him and Super Eagles. He said that Super Eagles should rather be a nightmare to Ghana Black Stars. “We are battle ready for Ghana Black Stars. I love my country Nigeria and Super Eagles, Ghana must be beaten both at home and Nigeria, he said”.
