It was unlimited joy, praises, worship, as Ministers and members of the Goodnews of Christ’s Kingdom Ministries, Lagos celebrated their 4th anniversary on Sunday 29th of May 2022.
The three days grand finale was billed to hold from 10.00am to 2pm, but the church auditorium was already beehive of people very early as both members, newcomers and ministers gathered early to celebrate what they termed, “I shall wear a crown”‘
At the church premises located at 56 Alhaji Moliki street, Off Liberty Estate, Governor road, Ikotun, the whole place was full of people who rendered praises, worship to the Kings of Kings for all He had done in the lives of the members, and the church.
The General Overseer, Reverend John Otahumele ordained some Ministers to assistant Pastors, Elders, Deacons, and Deaconess amongst others.
Those ordained are, Mrs Nwakwo Christopher, Elder Mark Oyeman, Deaconess Caroline Nwosu, Deaconess Adenike Temitope.
Other recipients ordained are Evangelist Olatunde Felix, Ebohor Godwin as an Elder, Nwakwo Elizabeth, Ohakhena Gloria, Ohakhena Godfrey, as Elder.
According to the General Overseer of Good News Christ Kingdom Ministries, aka City of Jesus, the mission of the church is restoring the World unto God’s kingdom of abundance. There were “rains” of prayers at the three days anniversary as prayers were offered for members and Nigeria, by pastor Favour Emiator and pastor Prosper.
The guest preachers urged the congregation not to be carried away by happening in the world such as love of money, evil deeds because this is the end time.
Reverend John Otahumele told CITY EXPRESS NEWS in an interview in his executive office that the church cannot do without praises to God and prophetic declarations.
According to Reverend Otahumele, Good News of Christ’s Kingdom Ministries preaches raw good messages, salvation, deliverance, healing and set the captives free from demonic bondages.
“We are here to preach Christ to the world. He lambasted pastors who dubed members and do all sorts of things to get money and buy personal jets in the name of Jesus.”
