Alaba Traders mobilise for 2023 elections.

In order to enable traders at the Alaba International Electronics market, Ojo participate fully in next year’s general elections, and obtain their PVC, the market was closed to the public on Thursday, 9th June 2022.

 to enable them get thier PVC. It is our civic responsibility to do so. 
“Though this one day is not enough at all, but we are calling on the leadership of @inecnigeria in Lagos to do the needful by establishing centers in Alaba international market Electronics and other markets for easier registration.

He equally adviced other market unions across Nigeria to do likewise. As traders hardly have time to attend to things like this. But with a step like this,everyone will be happy to go and register. He recalled that in the past, some state governments had granted work free day to wokers to attend to things like this.
Often times, he said traders are disenfranchised in matters like this. Few months ago, the leadership of this market was able to set up a place in the market for members to be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine in collaboration with LASG via Ojo LGA.
Alaba international market Electronics likewise other major markets across Nigeria are critical sector that must be carried along in all government policies and programs, he said.
