For Honourable(Dr) Tony Aziegbemi, the PDP state Chairman in Edo State, this is the time to celebrate the working and performing Chairman of the moment.
The visionary man of the people of Esan land, celebrated his birthday recently with eminent personalities with pump and pageantry. The silent achiever, this time around has scored another goal with the appointment of his godson, Honourable Sir Clement Aziegbemi as Senior Special Adviser ( SSA) to the Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Dr. Tony Aziegbemi rose above adversities to prominence . Many people can attest to the power of vision in navigating life’s uncertainties.

Dr Aziegbemi learnt a deeper politics from his mentor and godfather Late Chief Tony Anineh, the Iyasere of Uromi Kingdom, the former National PDP Chairman board of Trustees. In the same vein, Dr. Tony Aziegbemi has the same characteristic of late Chief Tony Anenih.
With the appointment of Hon: Clement Aziegbemi as SSA to Governor Obaseki, he must revel in double celebration now. Since he became the Chairman of PDP in Edo State, Esan people have not had any bad dream for having him.
A man with sweet voice and excellent demeanour, his approach to the problems facing Emu kingdom in Esan south east local government area of Edo State, most endear the people to him, especially when the government is not forthcoming to do its own responsibilities.
Honourable Tony Aziegbemi is humane which qualifies him as a worthy Esan ambassador with incurable passion for the advancement of the cause of great Edo state.
Many Edo state indigenes recall with nostalgia, Tony Aziegbemi’s leadership role and contribution to the success of the House of Representatives when he was serving his constituency which gave him privileges to showcase his power in the House of Representatives.
Today, Dr. Tony Aziegbemi is face with the worsening of the situation and the apparent inability of those saddle with the responsibilities of leadership to proffer solutions of bringing electricity to Emu kingdom, and Ohordua kingdom in Esan South East of Edo State.
Honourable Tony Aziegbemi remains a very active, focus and steadfast politician. During the tempestuous and most trying period, he took effective and very responsible measures which did not only catapult him shoulders above his political peers, but also culminated in his triumphant bid for the highest office in Edo State.
Following successful conduct of a free, fair and transparent election, kudos must go to him for a good job done. Inside of government, Tony Aziegbemi wasted no time in instigating programmes of reform, most of which have impacted positively on the lives of the people.
Honourable Tony Aziegbemi dynasty is known to be a family that supports the appointment of his own, Honourable Sir Clement Aziegbemi. After the appointment of Hon. Clement Aziegbemi, there was a great celebration in Orakhuan in Emu kingdom, Esan South East of Edo State.
The event had in attendance members of the royal house, family members, high and low who gathered to honour Aziegbemi family and showered them with encomium, emphasizing that the celebrant is a man of love and peace.
On the part of PDP state Chairman, Dr. Tony Aziegbemi he was applauded for his great achievements as Esan as one of the siblings reverend him with the name of Oduma of Esan land meaning “Lion” due to his life style of leadership and humility.
