Tinubu will turn Nigeria around for good….Korodo.

The immediate Chairman of the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers Union(NUPENG) Lagos Zonal Council, Alhaji Tokumbo Korodo says the APC presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is the person Nigeria needs now to turn things around for the better, as he has the capacity, experience and cannot be compared with other contestants for the presidency.

Alhaji Korodo a tested unionist who spoke with CityExpress News Correspondent Afolabi in his office in Lagos said Tinubu’s antecedent in Lagos state where he laid a good foundation of developmental projects in which his successors are building upon is a good example. Alhaji Korodo said Tinubu is a crisis manager who knows what to do to make a difference when he gets into office. Korodo said Tinubu is a lover of good things, who believes in the future of the youths. He said the introduction in 2006 of a one day Governor among students of public schools towards identifying their potentials is a good example. He said what is going on today in Lagos such as the light rail projects and infrastructure development are pointers to what he can do when he assumes office.

According to him, Lagos of today could not be compared to Lagos of the past and this is as a result of the master plan laid down by Tinubu.

He allayed the fears of people who believe Tinubu flying the flag of APC could work against him. Korodo said Tinubu is a different person who will work on the legacy he will inherit from Buhari. He said where he needs to build on it he will, and where there is need for correction he will do it.

Alhaji Korodo believes APC government has tried its best in infrastructural development citing example of the second Niger Bridge, the massive development of modern railway system and road infrastructure in many parts of the country.

He said insecurity in the country has been drastically reduced, as there is no longer suicide bombing anymore and the issue of kidnapping will soon be a thing of the past. He is of the believe that things that have damaged in the last sixteen years can not be quickly solved within seven to eight years.

Alhaji Korodo called on Nigerians to have faith in Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as he is tested, reliable and a man that believes in the progress of Nigeria, its future and unity.
