By Prince Sunny Ebhojiaye.
Chairman of the security, peace and conflict Resolution Committee from Edo State , has condemned the fake news on social media, pre-empting the submission of the eleven man security, peace and conflict resolution committee set up to reconcile aggrieved members within the Labour party, including those who contested for House of Representative ticket.

Retired commissioner of police, CP Ibadin, who is also a legal practitioner, told City Express News in an exclusive Telephone interview that the purported post credited to one Blessing P. Agho, captioned Hon. Murphy Imasuen and his stolen mandate is not correct.
The post claimed that the committee has resolved the conflict after meeting parties concerned. According to committee chairman, Chief Ibadin, the dispute between the party members has not been concluded as the court that will give final judgment and give INEC order to make the change is on holidays.
That was why Chief Ibadin said that the case has not yet resolved. Chief Ibadin dispels the rumour mongers as a tissue of liars, false hood, half truth and blatant lies of mischief makers. Describing the post on the social media as a figment of their imagination.
He blasted the people behind such injurious, false hood and it is therefore a law of completing interests.
He noted that the issues hinged on the committee because it is internal affair matter. The constitution of the Labour Party does not allow party member take party to court.
Reports say Imasuen has gone to court after the emergence of former House of Representative Assembly speaker in Edo, Rt Hon Uyinmwen Active, as the candidate of LP in the upcoming election for the Uhumwode/Orhionwon Federal constituency seat.
The former Nigeria police force officer-in-charge of Anti-Pipeline Vandalization and also special adviser to the presidential Task Force on Anti-pipeline vandalization, he was acknowledged compassionate, honest and selfless leader of Labour Party that is the reason LP called Peter Obi, guiding Angel as the Chief security officer of the party.
The Erudite committee chairman raised the alarm over what he described as a campaign of calumny against labour party. He said that, as the chairman of the eleven committee panel, he won’t succumb to mischief. He explained that some faceless persons who are enemy of the party are responsible for such cheap blackmail. “I will not accept cheap blackmail, rehashed and rehearsed lies against Labour Party”. Having failed in their desperation to succeed in denting the good image of LP that has been universal accepted every part of Nigeria. He assured party members of what to expect after a thorough investigation, between two party members. He blasts fake news of online reporters who do not investigate news before posting it online. This much radiates in the confidence he has brought to LP on the administration of good governance led by Peter Obi.
