Untold story of train herdsmen attack, Ordia demands safe rescue mission.

Senator (Engineer) Clifford Ordia, Senator representing Edo Central Senatorial district, said Nigeria is in a very difficult situation.

Speaking to City Express News in an exclusive interview at National Assembly complex Abuja yesterday, He noted that herdsmen committed a sacrilege for coming to his Edo Central Senatorial district to kidnap his people. He blasted those who say they are in control of National security in Nigeria.

” It was first Kaduna train terror attack now in my Edo State. Where is IGP Usman Alkali Baba Crime – fighting and rescue team to save the lives of innocent people from the forest of Ekekhen – Igueben area of Edo State”

. Narrating the ordeal he suffered from the hands of Bandits, who attacked his convoy twice in one day, He said that he was travelling along Okenne – Lokoja and Abaji roads in Kogi State, when the dare devil bandits opened gun fire on his convoy while returning back to Abuja from his home town Irrua of Edo States.

“My security escort started exchanging gun battle with Bandits. He said his car was sprayed with bullets and one of his his police escorts was wounded. Car was damaged with no lives loss during the gun fire for fire.

Senator Ordia who was very annoyed and furious in speaking, urged the Nigeria Police force to try their best to rescue every victim kidnapped without loss of any life”. “I know it is going to be a war between Herdsmen armed with AK 47 with Nigeria Police in the Igueben forest.

He advised the police to use intelligent gathering before entering forest. He asked, “how can they hold us hostage with their AK 47 riffles. Where are our great hunters who killed Atalakpa animal and an Elephant? Let them come out to defend our Esan land. Many of us are ready to compensate them, if the passengers are rescued. “Let them get those Herdsmen dead or alive”. We should not watch kidnappers invade our Esan Community without teaching them how to shoot gun without missing.”

According Senator Ordia If pastors, Bishop and Prophets cannot pray dangerous prayers that can make herdsmen, sleep and stand still, wherever there location in the Ekekhen/Igueben forest, let us send Agozi and Ayenkpen birds with bees to fight them in invisibly for the love of Esan land to have peace. We also heard some people including PDP members were kidnapped including Precious Aigbonoga Chief Magistrate Court was abducted on Sunday where are those who call themselves Native Doctors or Herbalist, let them come out to help us fight herdsmen.

We cannot watch terrors in Esan land to allow herdsmen reign in Edo State without a fight? This is highest intimidation and harassments to Esan land.

Ordia urged traditional rulers to come out with Aziza powers and send bees to the forest to hunt for the Herdsmen who are also operating with their native charm. We are tired of watching young men with small charms (Juju) harassing us ever times.
