When we talk of a practical police officer who is discipline, level headed,active and courageous when duty calls, Chief superintendent of police (CSP) Dahiru Saleh, who is the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Sango, Ota, Ogun State. CSP Dahiru Saleh is no doubt a perfect example of a true Police man free of corruption.

He was the former DPO of Agbara Police Station of Ogun State. He has foiled several armed robbery attacks in Sango, Ota and apprehended suspects and recovered arms and ammunition. He always lead his anti-robbery Police crack team to any operation with his experienced divisional crime officer (DCO) SP Edward Okosun Sango-Ota.

Anti-robbery team has been on regular night patrols with DPO and DCO, a situation that has reduced crime rate in the area of Sango-Ota, Ogun State.

The anti-robbery team has become a night mare to notorious armed robbers, ritualists, kidnappers and cultist’s boys at the Ijoko of Sango-ota.

The action DPO and his men have recorded remarkable achievements acknowledged by all and sundry which include the subduing of incessant robbery attack at Sango Otta, nipping in the bud of cultism activities of students in Ogun State.

The hoodlums and cultists succumb to the superior sophisticated fire arms of Anti-robbery team of sango ota.

DPO Dahiru Saleh told City Express News on their way to Ijoko road during night patrol why, he develop interest of leading his men to chased criminals out from sango-ota area.

According to CSP Saleh, what gives me joy is to see myself protecting lives and property. To protect God’s (Allah) creatures on earth. “I want people to be free and happy doing their jobs without criminals disturbing them. In the area of collecting bribe and corruption, he said that “I can boldly say that in the area of corruption we can raise our heads high. Since, I came here this year, I challenge any member of this sango, ota community to come forward and confront me and my DCO SP Edward Okosun, If we have ever collected bribe from anyone.

I can only vow for myself and DCO because, SP Edward Okosun was my DCO at Agbara Police station. Any police man caught in act of indisciple will be punished.
